The Australian Soil Resource Information System (ASRIS) is a product of the Australian Collaborative Land Evaluation Progam (ACLEP).

Funds are provided by CSIRO Land and Water, and the Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Australia (via the Natural Heritage Trust and National Land and Water Resources Audit). Collaborating state and territory agencies provide substantial in-kind resources and technical support.
